12/9/13 - Only a Few Tickets Left for the Tinsel Town Concert

Saturday night is completely sold out and there are only a handful of tickets left for Sunday. Make sure you purchase your tickets ahead of time as there may not be walk up tickets available.

Come Sing With the CMC! 2014 Spring Concert Auditions

Currently we are in rehearsals for our 2013 holiday concert "Tinseltown." 

Our next rehearsal period for our spring concert "Hello Dolly (Dolly Parton)" will begin on January 8. We will hold auditions on January 8 and 15 at 6:00 pm prior to the rehearsal. No prepared song is necessary. 

Our Director, Casey Hayes, will ask you to sing some pitch-matching, scales, and vocal warm-ups; He will then place you in the appropriate vocal section following the audition.

Dragaret Fundraiser - October 19th at Below Zero

Come and see the real divas of CMC as you've never seen them before, for our "Dragaret" Fundraiser - "Things that go pump in the night"

Every drag queen has her favorite pair of "pumps" so make sure you wear yours and there will be a competition for the best pair! 

The venue will be The Cabaret Saturday October 19. $10 donation at the door. Doors open 7 PM show at 7.30 PM

Season 23 Launch Event

To launch their 23rd season, the Cincinnati Men's Chorus held a launch event at Southshore Condominiums in Newport, KY recently. The intimate, ticketed, event showcased Acousticool, the small ensemble group from CMC singing a few numbers from the upcoming season, along with food and wine and a chance to mingle with members of the chorus, executive board and Casey Hayes, Artistic Director of the chorus. I was in attendance as usual as their photograph and had a great time as always working with them to capture the event. Join the Members and Staff of the Cincinnati Men's Chorus as they celebrate the launch of their 23rd Season at Newport's South Shore Condos.

Take in the spectacular views across the Ohio River and City of Cincinnati as you enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres. During the event Dr. Casey J. Hayes will be providing a preview of the upcoming season and his plans for the CMC over the next 12 months.

The Season Launch Party takes place between 4pm-8pm on Sunday 8th September at South Shore Condos in Newport KY.

Join us for our annual Cabaret Fundraiser!

Love songs come in all forms. From the poignant ballad to the sappy sweet to the melancholy and sad. We, however, prefer those that are a bit on the quirky side. So join us, please, for "Silly / Love Songs" our 2013 Winter Cabaret. Along with your favorite CMC performers, the lovely Pia Larosa and Lauren Bailey will also be taking the stage. The incomparable Bruce Preston will once again be serving as your host for the evening and Theo Baldwin will be tickling the ivories. Also, Marlene's Morsels will be serving up a sassy variety of her sweet and savory treats.
